Samsung Galaxy A71 Design & Display
Samsung Galaxy A71 has a huge 6.7-inch Super AMOLED plus display which comes with minimal bezels and what Samsung calls it an infinity O display, it fits perfectly in the hand even though the phone has a larger form-factor.
The camera cutout as said above is a punch-hole camera design that is at the top of the display. It is in the area of notification bar which keeps it out of the way to intrude general usage.
The front-facing camera cutout on the A71 takes up more space than the camera cut-out on the cheaper A51 which is even though the same camera lens. And the reason for that is that the Galaxy A71 uses Super AMOLED Plus panel (vs Super AMOLED on the A51) which is thinner and lighter, but the camera cut-out needs to be a little larger.
And There’s no problem with this notch.

The Galaxy A71 weighs just around 180grams, which makes it relatively manageable to use. But if you have tiny hands you may find it massive, and you gotta stretch the thumb to the top of the screen during one-hand usage.
On the right side of the phone, you will get power and volume rockers, while on the bottom you’ll find a headphone jack alongside the 25W fast-charging USB-C port. On the back, the panel is not glass its what Samsung calls their glastic design which is made of plastic and shines like glass and now Samsung has developed a new Prism effect for the rear of its latest A-series (the A71 and A51), which gives a cool look.
Color Options for the Galaxy A51 are:- Black, Silver, Blue & Pink.
Talking about the display, it’s 6.7 inches Super AMOLED Plus panel, which is bright and punchy with colors. It has a Full HD+ resolution (1080 x 2400) which provides a good level of details on screen. Binging on your new favorite Netflix show would be a banger on this display.
The fingerprint scanner is embedded into the display as well, plus the option to use face recognition to unlock the phone instead.
